Well, last week I went out an bought an IPOD TOUCH. $273.00 at Future Shop. They sell 'em at Walmart, and Best Buy too... You can buy a longer warranty too if you want... (something you can't get for an IPHONE) The only difference between it and the Iphone is the lack of a 2 meg camera, GPS and a phone (obviously). And the lack of a DATA charge!!! It has WiFi and plays videos, movies, Games,mp3's and shows pics... just the same as an Iphone... It does Maps, Emails, basically everything the Iphone can do...I can logon to any website that Wifi can reach same as the Iphone... it just doesn't do 3G connections (but then, I'm not paying for Data) I can log into ITUNES and download Apps etc... to the Ipod touch... My cell phone is a Nokia 6300, it has text messaging and MMS mesaging. 2 MP camera and can record video... (I also have REAL digital cameras). The other nice thing, is my IPOD doesn't drain my batteries on my phone while I'm playing games on it or using it for Data...Also, I can keep surfing the Web, while I'm on my phone... Try that on an IPHONE. I have a basic cell plan so I'm not paying through the nose... To Rogers, I have to say this... You could have sold me an IPHONE but you over charge, so you lose... I'm happy with my choice... Poor Taste?

not only that, you can get a used ipod touch from apple for as little as 199, thats the exact same price as iphone. Good deal to me.

30 dollars a month for data is not bad. 3G everywhere beats Wi-fi hotspots. GPS, location awareness, geotagging photos, and the little thing on the headphones that allows you to skip tracks, answer calls, pause, and its a mic too. So you can surf the internet and talk on the phone at the same time with the iPhone. The iPhone can stream your entire library wirelessly as well as a lot of other content. In the car? there are no hotspots.. ROGERS ftw!

you can add a longer warranty to the iphone. its called rogers cares i believe.
