COMPLETELY AGREE. I hate Fido.

Fido not only sucks money out of their service.  If ever you want to switch to a pre paid they will charge you $25 initially.  Is this right? after i have been with them for three or more years they are going to charge me. 

Beware with FIDO they have their FANGS.  They suck blood money!@!%$@$$$

 

I have to agree fido sucks. I spent two days talking to customer service, and tech support because my iphone could not sent or receive calls. But i could send and receive text messages, surf in wifi, and 3g.. 

So after all of that they are sent me a replacement iphone which is probably refurbished. So on top of that i have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement phone that is what their tech department said..

If i knew it was this bad i would have stayed with Telus. But they also have bad customer service. Telus, Rogers, Bell, Fido all suck... We need more carriers in the Canadian Market

My experince with fido chargeing me a month ahead  cutting my cell service when it gose over credit limit on which my phone isn't going to be used now. i get paid monthly and usally pay bill behind cause of this. they have no consideration, never mind the sales rep misleading me on getting my plan for $35 with add ons which i requested, they don't tell you the plan they set you up on charges you for data usage which i though was covered in the oringial $35 (which i monitered) which is addtional $25 by the time you notice on your second bill, cause your mislead by the first bill $35 activation fee. i would have never sign up for a cell phone contract where i am charged $80 a month. by  then it its too late your locked into the contract  DRITY DOGS thats all i gotta say getting rid of my cell phone contract to the next sucker. cause there is no way out of the contract ( learnt in the first month of being with this provider
