Iphone customers for rogers get an instant exchange for a new device is it doesnt work in the first year. Blackberrys dont even get that - it a replacement warranty losers.
Second, iphone data plan at 6gbs is a step in the right direction. What about the poor blackberry users who used to pay 40 dollars for 7mbs... now all users get 6gbs for 30 dollars. That is pretty much unlimited for anyone who works a day job!

Next, leave the rogers reps alone, they are following protocol. Be a cool customer and have some understanding that reps are dealing with lame ass internet activation websites and lamer ass invoicing systems. the reps are doing their best to bring you the excitement that you are looking for.
the iphone is a luxury item!!! u want something because its the newest, fastest, trendiest, then u pay for it, beleive it or no, things have improved a little, even tho no one wants to admit it.....
