I switch to Rogers in Jan (from Smelus (telus)) I was told, "As a Roger's customer you will be first in live for an iphone." ,.... guess what. After waiting in line, they "could not" upgrade me, nor would they let me purchase one at a price above the advertised price. Spent 1.5 hours talking to rogers on the phone. The attempt at trying to help was,..."there is nothing we can do".
I was LIED to, not even mis-lead. I was straight out lied to. As much as I wanted an iphone. I will not do business with a bunch of lying parasites. I have cancelled the balance of my contract, paid my early cancellation (which is the last nickel rogers will ever get from me), and taken my business to their competition. (which I did NOT sign a multi-year contract with)
