I can write a book complaining about Rogers. Every time you do something, you have to call back 2 times to confirm. Why? that's because the first time you call they never do it!! Recently i called to cancel my plan and start a new line. I gave them my credit card info and the phone should be ready to ship. Of course i called back and ask for the status, i was told that the order never went through because there was no credit card information. So i cancelled the order. A day later, i still got a call asking me for a deposit to ship the phone. isn't this ridiculous?
this is only one recent encounter. Everytime i call Rogers it opens up a new chapter.
And have you noticed that everytime they make a mistake in your bill, it's always an overcharge? they never make a mistake where they charged less?
