don't you think we been ripped off by our providers?

I got a deal with Fido then I got my first bill half price now they tell me that   I missed one that's in less then a month then I ask why my bill is so high, they tell me is because I'm out side Fido coverage area so I got charge 19$ because I was on Rogers feed, but on the phone say Fido
and charging Incoming  long distance and texts.
