Last summer I called rogers and I wanted to know about changing my txt plan and they said that I could change it to a better package for less money (I was sending so many txts in a month it would cost me 35 dollars or more on top of my txt fees). The rep on the phone said that everything would stay the same except for the fees for the txt msgs. I opted to do it and things we fine.....until I got my next bill. y bill should have been about 100 and when I got it it was over 300 dollars. I called them about it and they told me that I was making calls before my unlimited time kicked in (which should have been 6 pm) when I asked them about when the time kicked in they told me that it started at 9 pm. Needless to say I lost it. The funny thing was when I was demanding to talk to a manager they had to put me on hold and when they came back they TOLD ME that a manager was not available so I wold have to CALL BACK. I told her FUCK THAT and said I want a manager to call me or I was going to cancel all serivces with them. Once you do something like that they are willing to bend over backwards. Log story short they were reversing all charges for the month. Also I am never going to go term ever again I prefer to go month to month.
