OK I get the iPhone and they tell me because of my credit I have to put down a $200 deposit??? OK sure (bell never did that with my Blackberry) so I got the $30 data and $45 voice and $20 extras thing. 7 days later after the phone comes out they cut it off. WTF!!! so I wait on hold for 30min and the Rogers rep says you have reached your $200 limit and they canceled my service... Why? Because the first bill is Pro-rated and that comes to $209. I have had the figgen phone for 9 days!!!! I gave them such shit and the turned it back on and they asked me for $9... 9 fucking dollars!!! My clients can't get a hold of me for $9? Roger's policy's stink and I want to go back to bell. Poor Taste?

do you blame Rogers for looking out for themselves???? you got their iphone, original price of this phone is in excess of $400 depending on which model u got, at a subsidized price and due to your credit they are a bit leary. bell plays all nice initially, but they are blood sucking fire breathing monsters, sure they look cute......

Thats why we are staying away from F Rogers. They behave really cheap, have it face it.

Hey Jake, You should listen carefully. Probably you have bad credit score and they put you on Credit Limit program. Once you reach your limit ($200) they will suspend your account until you make payment to reduce this amount. But I believe Rogers had to send notification (sms or voice mail) when you reach 50%, 70% of your limit. At least Telus does it (worked on this project myself)

You fell for the Rogers scam and signed the 3 year. It speople like you that agree to a 3 year contract and buy a house at the peak of the market and cry when it goes bad. You are a fool a your getting what you deserve. Are you still happy about your iphone purchase?

CLM is what its called (credit limit monitoring) its all automated. Once you hit that 200 dollar mark it automatically cuts you off. Pay it, deal with it, get over it.

The guy does have a point. It's 9 dollars!. If your business relies on nickels and dimes then screw it, close down. It reminds me of how mcd gives you all the condiments you ask for while a&w charges for stuff like mayo. you tell me, which is the success story?
