WE ARE trying to say that we need you to waive that 6.95 fee + give extra 1gb for $5 for these 24/7 hr iphone users that don't realize 6gb is alot but not for $30 and stop making people sign a 3year contract for something thats going to be old in less than a year since apple comes out with something new every year and finally stop charging loyal customers $449+tax for iphone upgrade when they have finished their contract/allowed for a upgrade and want to keep their number. if you think any points above are not fair then stop posting on this site.
