After paying a $250 deposit for my Blackberry perl I expected my $80 dollar plan to be $80 and I expected my phone to work when I moved to a new house. My phone doesn't work in my house. when I call customer service it takes hours and I just get the runaround like there investigation team is checking into the matter.
In addition to that the camera turns on for no reason. My wife and I will be at our table and the phone just light's up and the camera turns on. We called customer service and they accused us of turning it on accidently. The thing is we don't even touch the phone and the camera turns on.
When I told them I wanted to cancell my 3 year contract they said I had to pay $500. I don't mind paying the balance for my phone if they give me the unlock code but there is no way I am going to pay a penalty fee for a bad contract.
I have perfect credit and I feel like they are blackmailing me into paying for a service that does not work for me. I am so upset with Rogers everytime I get there bill in the mail it's like an extortion letter. I allways honor my contracts and I"ve worked hard all my life to get a good credit rating.
If there is ever a class action lawsuit aimed at Rogers count me in.
