The newest practice from Bell Sympatico Internet Services is to keep charging the customer for high speed internet WITHOUT ACTUALLY PROVIDING THIS SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER!
After numerous calls to virtual "customer service" representatives all around India and hearing different promises and lies from them, I finally gave up.
I offered Bell Sympatico representatives to:
1. either connect me, because I am paying customer, to Internet services
or
2. credit my account with the amount I already paid for this service which is $47 per month, which they continue to charge me.
They REFUSED both of these options!
Instead, they realized that third option is MUCH BETTER for them:
3. DO NOT PROVIDE INTERNET SERVICE TO CUSTOMER, BUT KEEP CHARGING HIM EVERY MONTH BECAUSE HE WON'T BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT (ONCE CUSTOMER IS DEBITED ON HIS CREDIT CARD HE WON'T BE ABLE TO REMOVE THIS RECURRING FEE EVER AND CREDIT CARD ISSUER WON'T BE OF ANY HELP TO HIM BECAUSE THEY SIDE WITH BIG PLAYERS INSTEAD OF LITTLE MAN!)
