I have had many months over the past 2 years when my Rogers Blackberry cel bill has been well over a $1,000.  This is caused by data charges and roaming charges. This is BULLSHIT ... or in more polite terms, USUARY.  I was in Costa Rica 3 weeks ago and noted that their cel phone charges including; 100% of all data, voice and long distance within CR is approximately $15.00 US per month.  Europe is not dissimilar.  ROGERS IS RIPPING ME OFF and TELUS / BCE is NO different.  ENOUGH!
