i just bought $300 of canadian iTunes store credit, planning to use on iPhone apps/ games and also on movies/ tv shows.

I enter the code, bingo, go to the store and start buying tv shows etc, then i click on some iphone game and IT DIDN'T LET ME USE MY VOUCHER!! if i want to buy games the only way I can is with a credit card which means "WASTED VOUCHER"
END RANT. Don't buy itunes canadian voucher if you want to buy iphone games/apps! ARGGGG

Yea, i was looking into it and this guy I asked said that apparently you cannot buy software with prepaid cards in Canada(...i dunno, i've never heard of this before)which i think is total bs. I can't even create an american account, because the canadian vouchers won't work on it.

I bought a gift card on eBay and the seller said that in the ad that it can be used to buy ipod games, and then this happens, I don't understand why Apple would do that?  I left negative feed back for him, but for Apple i think im just gonna hack my iphone because of this bs.

People have contacted Apple about it- turns out it's government regulation and has nothing to do with Apple.

that is the biggest load of BS ever i say we start a petition. i jus wasted like $20 on itunes cards?!??!?!
