Just for fun, to contradict some Roger’s statements that the Iphone will be affordable for most of us, and for some media that reports that with 90$ you can use it, I made my own calculation in my blog (it’s in French for now, sorry) but the facts are there…
Especially I you use the device for what it was meant to be… Phone & Internet 3G and more…
In short, the minimum talk time, plus the 15$ bundle for the call display, voice mail, etc + the 6Go extra in special for a limited time 30$ + the system access fees + taxes will cost minimum 128,08$ this is without any extra minutes, or long distances, or others… For those after the so call ‘’deal’’ who wants to get connected in september, it will become 206,72$ for the same.
For fun, I checked out my 4 last months of home internet connection, and I get an average of 9Go/month… the extra that I would have to pay then, would bring my invoice to 249,43$ if ever I would sign now, and 328,07$ if I sign in September… It does simply goes beyond my imagination that Rogers got the gutts of telling us this bullshit...
Always without any extra talk time, or long distance, or what so ever in extra… It is simply made for the wealthiest of this world…
