I have been with Rogers since 1995. Already 13 years. Back then, they were called Cantel and I have to admit that customer service was their priority. They came out with the billing by second, switching from analog to digital, offering equipment upgrade and a maximum of two year contracts. Then, it became Cantel AT&T. Things started to get crapy. No more billing by the second, upcharge and complicated invoicing and so on. Then, it was AT&T wireless and now Rogers. As the years went by, I never received a thank you note or anything to keep me with them. Now, I am without a contract and have been for the last three years and I intend to keep it that way. I currently have a jailbroken iphone with the new 1.2 (2.0) software and I intend to keep my phone. I just hope that for those unfortunate people that buy this iPhone, that the staff @ Rogers and Rogers outlet learn that customers will soon get fed up of your crap and competition is starting to come in, you will be begging our asses to have our business but like Bell Canada learned, too little too late. I miss Cantel. Rogers, hang on cause your going to get what you deserve.....
