John Boynton, Chief marketing officer at Rogers Wireless, said on CP24 (Rogers owned News Channel) at 11:05 AM July 11th; "We have 10's of thousands of iPhones. We got more than we ordered from Apple Canada. Thank you Apple..." He's a liar.

"10's of thousands" implies more than 20,000 iPhones, yet Rogers was "sold out" by 9:00 AM.

Out of the 5 Rogers Plus stores I visited personally July 11th 2008, 4 had 0 iPhones, one had 6.

The key store at Dundas and Yonge, where the CP24 camera's were rolling had 300+ people lined up at 8 AM outside the store for their iPhones. At 8:30ish AM the Rogers store staff went out and counted out 100 people and told the rest to go home, "No Phone For You". Meaning they had 100 iPhones, at their mostly advertised Rogers Plus store and no more. It was later confirmed that confirmed the store only had only 80-8GB phones and 20-16GB phones. 

Apple did stiff them on the delivery because of their aweful data plan, no question.

Rogers bullshit data plan and pathetic marketing "tool" John Boynton ruined iPhone. So I say to you with all sincerity John Boynton; You're a worthless piece of shit and a liar and now everyone knows it!
