1738 WILLING TO CANCEL ROGERS

I will most likely cancel my account within the next 6 months if Rogers doesn't offer reasonable data rate.  I will most likely go with Samsung Instinct with Bell Mobility.  I am so pissed that I don't care about the contract penalty with Rogers.  I am also looking into canceling other services with Rogers once their contracts are over.

where there is a will there is a way... and they won't will it fair then i'll be on my way....

Hell yes. The couples plan that my wife and I have with Rogers is up in August and would have been the perfect opportunity for both of us to get iPhones. And without hesitation, if the rates aren't normalized, we're both out. 100%. As for our home phone, we've already made the decision to go back to Bell  anyway - either way, less money for Rogers.

I currently have cable, land line and wireless internet with rogers. I really could not care less to change providers maybe ill go with Bell Canada, after all Bell at least is not ripping people off and they are the largest telecommunications company in the country.

I will be leaving FIDO/ROGERS if an UNLIMITED data plan similar to TELUS isn't offered by the release of the iPHONE.  My FIDO contract ended months ago and I would gladly jump ship and go with TELUS for their UNLIMITED DATA plan for 30 dollars!  Also, because of Rogers antics I am also planning on canceling my Cable subscription.
