I'm in the process of getting new services I have been on month to month with rogers for the past 6 months and talking to them - Telus really wants my business and the same with Bell - they both have been bending over backwards etc to get my business - with unlimited plans, 5 free phones of my choice etc and Rogers tells me to get the best offer and then call their Customer retention line so they can match it - it looks like I'm doing their market research - we'll see if they match tomorrow |

I quit my Rogers Cable BellExpress view Rocks! They have the best PVR out! Great serviove. I told them I was quitting Rogers and they sent out a guy to hook up a free dish! and a bunch of extras and some free months of service! I hope more people figure out how crappy Rogers treats the people who keep them in business. No more gouging from my pocket! Fuck Rogers! Spread the word! I know I will.

This iPhone issues is the final straw for me. I was already on the edge with Roger's continuing to charge us for the $6.95 fee even tho others have stopped the practice. Remember this $6.95 fee used to be a Gov of Canada charge but was removed years ago, but Roger's keeps charging us! |
