They are not honoring their commitment, I renew over the phone without any change to my existing package, I have the name of the person I spoke with and she gave me a number too, most of the discount or other free things that I hade before, now they are charging me for it I called many times and spent many hours on hold I get some back but not everything, I’ll cancel because I wasted too many hours with deceiving customer service rep. they would say everything will be okay on your next bill, from last January until today the trouble is still there.

back on 23april 2011 i calld and cancelled my phone line with rogers , asked for the final bill, and i paid off, so again this month they are over charging me with a usage of 550 MN canadian long distance that i never used , also sd i didnt paid last bill, then advsd i have a confirmation from my visa , ,c/s are rude , and they do not care and i thing rogers , telus and bell are backing up by governoment and they protect theme very well, so as far as i know those morans knows that governoment will always be in theire sides so they are ripping custumers the way they wants , we need a strong action even to go out for a strick all over the country if we need anything to be done for reel
