I Have to agree. The launch has been a complete failure! A classic example of how not to run a company! Rogers does not even deserve this phone, it just fell into the laps, and they are still screwing it up. I went to a Rogers store early, and they did not even have phones in the store! They were waiting for them to be delivered! They were only allowed 5 phones to give to customers who were upgrading (yours truly), so I had to leave without being able to buy one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke!
