Anyways, try to connect to the wireless department to cancel that. Wait about 20 minutes, then the phone dials briefly and placed on hold again. I'm thinking, jeez, did I just enter the next 100 people on hold block?

Then a recorded message comes on and says "Due to UNFORESEEN circumstances our office is now closed" !!!! WTF!!!!

I think if anything, the wireless department has had the brightest, clearest, longest foresight to what was going to happen today then any other.

And how about closing the office?

I am embarrassed to be Canadian today my friends. The only GSM service in the entire country. I may feel differently if there were like 3 or 4 like other countries. But the only one and they show by screwing us, yet they can't hack a few hundred people hitting the website?

Try to log into the site to cancel your account...
