On the phone with Rogers trying to cancel my services. Got the internet service canceled, which takes 30 days?... Anyways, try to connect to the wireless department to cancel that. Wait about 20 minutes, then the phone dials briefly and placed on hold again. I'm thinking, jeez, did I just enter the next 100 people on hold block?
Then a recorded message comes on and says "Due to UNFORESEEN circumstances our office is now closed" !!!! WTF!!!!
I think if anything, the wireless department has had the brightest, clearest, longest foresight to what was going to happen today then any other.
And how about closing the office?
I am embarrassed to be Canadian today my friends. The only GSM service in the entire country. I may feel differently if there were like 3 or 4 like other countries. But the only one and they show by screwing us, yet they can't hack a few hundred people hitting the website?
Try to log into the site to cancel your account...
Good luck seeing anything but a blank screen.
Time to stick our heads back in the sand and take it up the rear like usual until someone bigger than some punk Roger's customers can help us out.
