I just spoke to Telus who said my wireless number is not transferrable and that I should speak to Rogers to find out why. How could this be?? It's an active number. Has anyone had this before / know if it can be resolved?
Same here Zippy, Telus Store didn't know what Telus customer rep from HQ was on about. Not a good first impression from the lesser of two "weevils", but hey...what are you going to do. The number was perfectly portable. Done deal...
