Why not abuse the unlimited evenings and weekends?

I had this idea, Rogers offers unlimited weekends and evenings after yet they claim having unlimited data would be unfair for others who don't use it much.

Well why not make evenings and weekends a peak time just like the weekdays are, it would put alot of strain on the network if thousands where to leave their phone open and connected to another rogers phone from 9 PM to 6 AM.

This is a good reason why service providers should NOT offer unlimited because of abusers like you.

I would love to put a strain on Rogers... but the unfortunate part about this plan is that.. no matter how many people connect with each other....

The only strain they receive is the beginning and if anything the ending of a call. Other then that (during the call) has absolutely almost NO EFFECT on the company. They make money off nothing. LITERALLY.

Way to go you moron.  If everyone followed your example the network would clog up quickly and those important 911 or distress calls wouldn't be able to go through.  Yes the infrastructure is huge but not designed for everyone at the same time, only a certain % of users.
