Your system access fee is a blatant scam and your phone plans are way to expensive.   Customer service lacks integrity with short fused clerks that treat you with zero care for the most part.  I hate you, that's pretty much the bottom line.   What the hell have you done for us but scam us repeatedly over and over again and now this Iphone plan...  I wonder how you asses can sleep at night.
