Why Bell is still charging $2 for touch tone?

I often wonder why Bell is still charging $2 a month for touch tone service!  I don't know of anyone who is using a dial tone phone these days.

becuse they are thieves, that's why.

and CEO of Bell is the greatest thieve of all. So far I thought Nortel former CEOs were the champs thieves and Royal Bank Gordon Nixon, but Bell CEO is definitive new champion of ripping off decent citizens!
