try to communicate with rogers - endless waiting, no paper contract or details on paper, being moved around like a pinball in their telephone service, customer representatives that do not know what others have agreed, despite a so called notes system. And now for the iphone, terrible that we need to go through rogers, who will squeeze all it can, without regards to reasonable pricing, using its monopoly position to define the wireless pricing tables. It feels close to stealing, and any opportunity to break loose from Rogers will be taken. I respect companies and a capitalistic system of operation, but there is usually also a sense of ethics involved in doing business, especcially for those enterprises who aim for long term relationships with their clients.
