 If we're going to have to pay for incoming text messages then the cell phone companies must give us a way to refuse or block individual text messages. The equivalent of not answering a phone call. Guess who pays if someone were to send you literally thousands of text messages maliciously?

Jack Layton has set up a petition and a facebook group which is dedicated to the new rule by bell and telus, to start charging for incoming texts. Please sign and help make a difference.
