Mrs Hamilton,
Please communicate the following to the people who decides the data plans pricing at Rogers.
In my opinion, the plans must be completely reviewed to take into consideration the evolution of technology...
How can you still have a 5cents/per KB in your pricing: (outdated and not just) Why do you limit the use of specific phones or browsers - 7$ data plan: (it is unfair and abusive business practices) Why do you have have very costly data plans for iphone (abuse of predominant position on the Canadian market)
Why do the data plans have such a low transfer limit? (unfair and not competive, not good for Canada) Why are the data plans in Canada are so similar: is there collusion for price fixing or what? Why did you kill fido pricing and innovation pursuit...(This should never have been allowed by CRTC)
This is only a few of the many things I can come up with: Rogers is as bad as Bell... And I now hate it as much. That leaves me with Telus! How worse can it be?
Sylvain Poirier
P.S. I am a rogers customer since 1998 looking for an alternative. If you don't know what it means for Rogers in the long run: look at the Videotron land lines number of customers...
