I live in a border city, so like many other Canadians I cross the border fairly regularly to pick up pretty much whatever item I need at a far lower price in the U.S.
Spark plugs here are between 3-5 dollars for a 2 pair set. 1 dollar each in the states. Same goes with computers, basic necessities, and even food and gas.
Why are Canadian consumers paying so much more and doing next to nothing about it?
