I switched to Rogers in January, to get GSM service. Now Rogers Customer Service tells me that the $30 data plan is only available for new customers (apparently I'm already taken for granted) or customers who are eligible for a phone replacement (I won't qualify till next year). And since the $30 plan is only available till the end of August... I can't have it. Oh, I could cancel, and pay the penalties, but why would I then get another Rogers service?
