rogers supposed to give me corporate plan, but put me on wrong one and billed me 6 months @ regular cell phone rates. it took me 3 months & hours of conversation over phone to fix my plan. gave me digital home phone line which didnt allow me to use myfax and private answering machine, after 6 months fight their tech said i need analog home phone line.ROGERS is a SUCKER. Worse customer service fake promises.nobody has hours to wait n talk for one miner thing.so i cancelled all my services with rogers. my home phone , TV cabla and Cell.now i m mush relieved
