This is what I think Rogers is REALLY planning

Here's what Roger's gonna do
They 're gonna look at this petition,  tell the paper that they're gonna have a meeting.
Then they're gonna give the general public a price, which is lower than what they have now, but more expensive than what the US offers
We won't be satisfied, but can't do anything  because 2nd petition just won't be as powerful because people giving in and stuff.

Meanwhile, that new price rogers give IS what they had in mind long time ago
Now, they get what they initially wanted AND free Ads

Those marketing people are not just surfing the net at work.
