I have been a customer of rogers for more than 10 years. Oh how I miss the days when "unlimited evening calls" started at 5pm. Then they changed it to 6pm, 7pm and then 9pm. I guess they figure everyone stays up late to use their minutes. Rogers needs to smarten up. I called and said I was going to cancel both of my accounts since they would not let me upgrade my hardware to the iphone since my latest account is 2 months shy of being 1 year old. I was basically told "There is nothing we can do so go ahead and cancel". I guess going from paying over $1,000/yr to over $2000/yr just isn't good enough for them to let me upgrade my hardware.
Don’t get fooled by greedy Rogers new plan and you will surprise seeing their bill. Lets hunt for some other provider as I am planned to disconnect my Rogers plan.
How about including Visual Voicemail and Caller ID, so the iPhone actually works as advertised? I could care less about Caller Display, because most people will be in the address book anyway.
