This is patently unfair, and is a misuse of its market position as GSM monopoly provider in Canada. I can only hope that Rogers 'gets with the program' and begins to offer unlimited data access and competitive pricing plans before some foreign company comes in and seduces me with the kind of offer that AT&T is offering its customers. I would leave the Rogers fold in a millisecond if provided with any better alternative that includes unlimited data..

I briefly thought that it is enough but after thinking long and hard about it, I decided that it isn't. I was willing to leave Telus, A company that I have been with for 8 years so that I could get an iphone. This petition is greta kick start to change the cell industry. I still refuse to change unless I see an unlimited plan. I currently have a BB and have unlimited email, web, instant messaging, and GPS for $15/MONTH. Top that Rogers you blood suckers |

This is Not good enough! the lowest rate plan is still too expensive. Also, I really don't know why we're paying the system access fee? to whom? Every company is charging this but at different rate. can anyone explain this? We also want a better voice plan. Evening talk starts at 9 pm? So I should call others right before they go to bed?? Give me your # and I will call you! Show us you are Really Listening to customers' concern, don't just try to fool us!! 2+3=5; 1+4 still equals 5. Stop playing # games here! |

Dear Rogers, good to see the price drop but......some of us are not that gullible. Good marketing ploy to try and quell the outcry over your ridiculous rates. It MAY work that people see 6gb as unlimited. Your promo till end of august might create a frenzy that you were looking for at least in order to eliminate your initial inventory. However your 36 month "jail term" contract, 6.95 system robbery fee, and 0.50 emergency gouging fee still rubs me the wrong way. But that's just me! Verizon unlimited here I come! |
