Is $30 for 6GB a better deal? Yes it is, better than the 'high value' iPhone plans or any other plans they were offering for that matter, which, if you work out other plans in comparison to the four iPhone plans did not offer 'high value' at all -- in fact, contrary to Ms. Hannah's statement, 'makes you pay MORE for what you do use'.
In all of the comparisons I made with voice and data only, the best iPhone plan using 2400MB of data would have saved me $6. Once you hit 3GB their iPhone plans cost more than any other plan they could put you on. My concern is that they are only going to offer this until August. Perhaps they will be taking that time to tweak their plans further.
I think people should still fight for unlimited. We have seen that a grassroots movement like this sponsored by OilChange can work for change. Let's not give up now!
