I was going to switch phone companies, b'cos of rogers and their crazy rip off plans.. I wont anymore.  People who has money they can afford it... but what about students...?? how can they get one.. screw it.. I wont buy it.  I hope more Phone compies will come in to Canada so rogers will listen to the customers more.... !!

Fuckin' Canadian media is a monopoly to. writing there bullshit articles to keep Canadians mis-informed as usual. Keeping Canadian telecommunication monopolies alive and well. Don't believe what you read they are all in bed together. The CRTC is a scam and a tax grab. Its time for Canadians to stand up and realize that they are being screwed big time.

I totally agree with that statement. I'm an American that now resides in Toronto, and this is the one of the things I still cannot fathom. Why are cell phone companies here not offering North American Roaming. I'm almost tempted to get a Verizon phone with my US address and use it while living here. I do however really want an iPhone. When rates become more competitive I will surely buy one, I've been a loyal Mac User since 1991.
