You are a Canadian consumer-you are screwed- Your provincial and federal watchdogs don't care about you- Mobilize - boycott Rogers and any others that charge for incoming activity. Phone and complain  at length- make them PAY for their arrogance !! It's all they understand. Also call your MP twice.
