they only have a 3 year plan, no unlimited data, access fee, charge us for incoming calls, only 150 minutes of talk time for 60 dollars a month, its downright bullshit.

Rogers is complete bullshit. In Europe they get free incoming calls, free texts, and even free phones: my relatives get points on their phones and so much that every 3 years they get a free phone; my aunt got an iPhone 3G for free. Rogers does not know how to treat valued customers...
