Have high-speed internet? Then get rid of your local phone service and save $10, $20 or $40 per month. A vbuzzer account $50/year, a one-time VOIP box $60 and as many (again one-time expense) portable phones as you would want in your house e.g. GE DECT 3 lines (only one needs to be/should be connected to the VOIP box) $69. Caller id and call waiting is standard. Rates for most countries as good as phone cards without the hassle. Go to www.vbuzzer.com for details and I am not a seller, reseller or employee - dang! I just switched my cell phones to Bell Mobility and I'm happy I did. Rogers has bad customer service.

I have been with some of these companies and will not leave Rogers. I will not buy an Iphone they rip you off. Their charges are too high I agree but to switch from Rogers to something else is like going from the frying pan into the fire. Try Bell.......I will never never again use them. Makes Rogers look like a prince.

Telus has an HTC Touch smartphone coming out soon.
They have $3 for ulimited data.
$45 for unlimited data + unlimited text messages.

Use telus plan with unlimited data plan and get a backerry 8700 free, switch the sim chip from blackberry to unlocked iphone and use it. I was told by telus that this should work

Any coverage on the newly announced Google's HTC Dream. It seems, it will be in all countries in US and Europe before Canadians can even see it. Any ideas, how/when our shitty wireless providers carry the new Android based iPhone competitor??
