I'm no legal expert but doesn't it state in your contracts that you have unlimited incomming txt, or free incoming txt?

Now doesn't that mean they will be violating your contracts and therfor you guys should be able to get out of your contracts without paying the $400 ECF?

This is what i think and i emailed them about this.

My theory is that the people currently on a contract would not be affected, it would be the ones that newly sign up. This is highly unlikely but may be the case, i contacted them, waiting for the reply.
