My American friends & colleagues can't believe it when I say I don't have call display because I don't want to pay the outrageous fee. Call display is just automatically bundled into their already much lower rate plans. They never realized it was an optional extra anywhere.

because they want to advertise the lowest price they can, when the actual asking price is $7 more! in my opinion, that should be considered false advertising, because they don't mention that in the ad..  however they do mention "no system access fee".. I'm talking about Fido (in Canada). Hypocrites :)
