Ok, so i bought a phone from them about 2 years ago and every month since then theres been some "acident" to my account that i have to call in about, so im either being charged for sent text messages that i shouldint be, or some long distance minutes disapear from my plan and the greatest one that i didnt really notice until last month was my 7 dollar credit... so my plan was originally 37 dollars but advertised as 30 so i had a 7 dollar credit which disapeared in november and i only found out recently so i had to have a little chit chatter with them until they refunded me the money that they wrongfully took from me (for which taxes arent covered, cheap govmt) and my question is why? and how? how the hell can this happen? if i were an average person i would probably be too busy with too many things to notice this and i would probably pay them 100's if not more that i should never have to have payed,

So my question is, how many people have had any "accidents" happen to their accounts?
