Absolutely awful, Rogers!

Compared to other cellular networks in Canada your rates are absolutely awful. I have been looking forward to getting the Iphone 3G for some time now. I may instead purchase a HTC touch diamond from Telus if you cannot offer more competitive rates.

After waiting patiently for the iPhone to come to Canada, I went and bought an iPod touch yesterday.  It has all the features of the iPhone, except for the phone part, with none of the price.  Rogers lost a potential customer.  Greed is not acceptable and I refuse to do business with a company that has no customer appreciation.  It is only a matter of time before the "Next Big Thing" hits town, and if the company that has the rights to it is fair, well then, don't let the door hit you on your way to Chapter 11.
